So, I recently stumbled upon this gem in Exeter called Double Locks, and honestly, I can see why folks rave about it. Nestled right by the canal, it’s a little slice of paradise. You’ve got this laid-back vibe where you can kick back with a pint or two and watch the world float by—literally!
